Hi guys,

I realized several years ago that a part of my mind was using song to communicate with me - and that the lyrics of songs sink deeply into my psyche, so I decided to create a "clean" playlist of messages that I wanted to rattle around in my brain! This is my go-to list of 270 tracks (ever expanding) that I've chosen as the soundtrack of my life. (Running for joy, singing aloud as I bike, clearly away energy that isn't mine, etc.)
