Every thought you repeat about yourself is a spell. Every sentence you rehearse about who you are, what you deserve and what is possible for you becomes a blueprint your nervous system works to confirm. Some of those sentences were written before you had the language to question them. Most people working hard toward meaningful goals discover at some point that the real resistance is not external. It is a story, running quietly beneath the surface, that has been running for a very long time.
In this 60-minute virtual session, multi award-winning spoken word poet and mindfulness facilitator Gabriel Giron invites you into an honest examination of the story beneath your ambitions.
