Dear Creating on Purpose Cohort Family,

I hope this message finds you well. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of spending time with many of you through the Creating on Purpose workshops at Kripalu and I continue to feel grateful for the openness, courage and intention each group brought into that space.

One thing I have learned through this work is that the real unfolding often happens after we leave the workshop and return to our daily lives. That is when new questions arise, resistance from our environments can appear and having a little extra support can make a meaningful difference as we continue working with the practices.

Many of you came to the workshop with a vision you were beginning to shape. For some of you that vision may already be moving forward. For others, it may have gotten buried under the pace of everyday life.

Because of that, I will be leading our Sacred Centers 7-week online series, Creating on Purpose Integration and Support, for anyone who would like a little guidance and community as they continue working with the material.

This will be a live weekly online session where we reconnect as a group, explore questions that arise, work through blocks and support each other as we continue practicing the tools from the workshop.

Thursday's

7:00 to 8:00 PM Eastern

April 2 - May 14, 2026

The total cost for the full seven-session series is $100.

Sessions will include:• Short guided meditations• Weekly intention setting• Accountability check-ins• Group discussion and brainstorming• Breakout conversations and coaching

Some weeks we will revisit specific chakras and stages of the manifestation process. Other weeks will be open dialogue depending on what the group needs most. The goal is to create a supportive container where you can continue developing your vision and moving forward with the practices we explored together.

Personally, I love these smaller support groups because they allow us to slow down, ask real questions and help each other stay connected to what we set in motion. If you are interested, please reply by Thursday March 26th so I can confirm whether we have enough participants to run the group.
