Yoga for the Chakras

Hi,

I've signed up for the in-person workshop in Nov in PA - and I'm SO excited that Gwen will be teaching!! I've trained in her Yoga4sobriety.com program, and she is both down-to-earth and a highly knowledgeable teacher. She's especially skilled in making chakra yoga relevant to varied groups with a wide range of yoga and/or chakra experience.

Will you be there too?
