Hi Psych friends! I'm planning to attend the Psychology of the Chakras workshop at Kripalu, July 12-19, 2026. This will be a repeat for me since I participated in the 2024 workshop in Asheville, NC. That experience was so personally transformative that I can't wait to revisit the exercises and see what has shifted. Hope to meet you there.
