I've been sick
Hello my chakra friends!
I made it back home to Virginia on Monday evening, just as I was coming down with a bug. Tests indicated covid. 😐 I'm sorry that I didn't let you know sooner! My brain still feels a bit mushy.. The good news is that it was short-lived & mild. I'm now fever-free (and it's been 36 hours since I took 1 ibuprofen).
Has anyone else been ill?
