Hello everyone!! My name is Yadira, and I am so grateful to be part of the Sacred Center Academy as an intern. I’ll be helping behind the scenes while learning from this community.

I am a certified Yoga teacher and license massage therapist with a deep passion for holistic wellness. I also enjoy working with the healing vibration of singing bowls and hope to integrate yoga, body work and sound into a meaningful practice that helps people to reconnect with themselves. I’m excited grow, learn, contribute and connect with all of you throughout this journey. I will be attending October workshop in Virginia, and Chakra Yoga in November. Hope to meet all of you wonderful beings 💕🙏🏽
