Clare asked me to share any experiences after the workshop. I continue to feel this expanded energy centered on my heart chakra. This tingling sensation spreads across my chest more or less constantly now. In the few years prior to coming to the workshop, I’ve experienced some pretty noticeable activation of the first 4 chakras. I’ve experienced that love is the most powerful force in the universe, I think it’s infinite. So, some more opening there now.

And also, I am more comfortable speaking up in a group, which is new. For much of my life, I’ve existed kind of on the periphery, quiet, not making waves, certainly not being noticed or drawing attention to myself. I can see that was my strategy as a child to avoid harm. I’ve gone to coffee shops for 40+ years to study, read, think, work, meet friends. It’s an activity I love. I often found myself being really annoyed by the loud, boisterous folks who invariably sit next to me. Of course! An element of my shadow: being loud, drawing attention to myself, creating noise, being spontaneous, enjoying life! Lots to integrate there. Anyway, thank you all and I miss our time at Kripalu.
